Navigating Conflict & Communication with the Enneagram

Understanding our strengths, tendencies, and hang-ups in communicating with others helps us draw healthy boundaries, lean into relationships with others, and care for ourselves while navigating conflict. Glean insights from the enneagram about our different interpersonal styles and pathways to growth as we engage with others. 

For this workshop, no prior experience or knowledge of the enneagram is required. This session will focus on four different attributes relating to conflict and communication based on enneagram triads or groupings:

• our primary center of intelligence (how we make decisions)
• our interpersonal coping style (how we tend to meet our needs)
• our conflict coping style (what we expect in conflict)
• our relational style (how we connected with our parents or family of origin)

Regardless of type, this session will provide valuable insights you can use to better understand yourself and others.
