Executive directors are encouraged to have their board chairs join them for this session.

About the Facilitator

Kim Fabian is Chief Experience Officer of Elevatr, a consulting firm that helps nonprofit and service-based organizations reduce overwhelm, navigate change, and amplify impact. A leadership and communications expert whose career spans more than 30 years, Kim’s background provides a wealth of experiences that inform her work and perspectives—as a nonprofit executive, board chair, corporate professional, business owner, and published author. In her most recent roles, she was Executive Director of the Greenville Center for Creative Arts and Senior Vice President for Junior Achievement of Central Maryland. Currently, she also serves as a Vice President and Chair of the Advancement Committee for the Towson University Foundation Board of Directors.
