Cheers to partnerships! Thanks to the friends and partners who joined us for our fifth annual summer solstice celebration. We kicked off the tradition in 2018 before we became Greater Good Greenville , inspired by blogger Vu Le who encouraged nonprofits and philanthropic funders to get a beer together to break down power dynamics. Back then, we were two organizations – the NonProfit Alliance and Greenville Partnership for Philanthropy.
Our annual summer celebration was fun, but our working partnerships were even better, so at last year’s gathering, we announced our merger and the formation of Greater Good Greenville. So even though it was the fifth annual celebration, we celebrated our first anniversary!
Here’s to another great year of collaboration and galvanizing nonprofits, philanthropic funders, and mission-focused individuals!
