Proposed Greenville Development Code – what does it mean for your mission?

More than a year in the making, the City of Greenville’s new Development Code puts the vision of the GVL2040 comprehensive plan into action. It includes provisions for affordable housing and greenspace and will impact transit, bikeability/walkability, neighborhoods, and so much more.
